Broken Summer fridays

I bought a summer Friday’s lip butter balm on January 3, and I’ve been lightly using and I have been noticing leaking, so I was looking at the tube and relised the whole base is ripping off. I don’t understand how this happens with just light usage and I am disappointed because it hasn’t even been two months and it’s ripped off. Is there anyway I can get an exchange? Or a refund?

The same thing happened to me! I️ always keep it zipped in a pocket of my purse and I’ve lightly used it. I️ noticed it starting to leak and now the whole top is about to rip off. Really frustrating because I️ have so much product left but now can’t even use it or bring it anywhere. For such a nice lip balm I️ wish the packaging would last more than two months….

The same thing happened to me the whole top came off in the lid on almost a full product but Sephora will not help because I bought it a couple months ago. I didn’t use it when I first bought it so this was basically $40 down the drain. So disappointing.
