Broken Sephora Palette

Hi there. I just received my order of the Sephora Pro Cool Palette and I am really sad to see that three of the eyeshadows arrived broken. One of them is completely un-salvageable. Is it possible I can get a replacement? I can give pictures of the broken palette. Thank you. Edit: I am noticing that a few other shades in my palette are loose.

I am sure you can get a replacement. I have never had an issue with Sephora not replacing something that arrived broken - they have always been great! I always message them in Facebook and usually get a response within a few hours or at least the same day.
