Broken Rare Beauty Highlighter

I’ve ordered the Rare Beauty Positive Light  Silky Touch Highlighter twice now and both times it’s completely crumbled within 2 days. I’m so upset because it’s my favorite highlighter, I love the way it looks. I haven’t dropped it or been rough with it. Has anyone else had this problem?
