Broken Palette

Hello, 

I ordered the Huda Beauty Smokey Obsessions palette online and it came in the mail with two shadows completely shattered (bottom right and top left). I still really want to try this pallet and I want a new one, but I’m unsure of what my next steps should be. Any help would be appreciated.

Call customer service. They will have you return this broken one and send you a new one.
