i recently purchased the hour glasses ambient lighting palette and one of the powders completely fell out. not a cheap palette so was not expecting that. however the other shades are usable. but not getting what i paid for. i am a frequent shopper and never experienced this kind of problem before. if possible id like a refund, will provide pictures if needed, thank you
