Broken Item

So I just got Fenty Beauty Foundation 150 and within LITERALLY 2 seconds of me getting the product it broke and foundation went everywhere. I know it's probably not in your return or exchange policy to give me another bottle or give me my money back but I was wondering if there was anything at all you could do. I'm completely out of foundation and I don't have any more money to spend on this product I've been waiting forever for. Thanks for your time.

I heard that Sephora has an amazing return policy, even on used items, without questions asked. Try taking it in to a local store or call customer service and explain your situation. They might make you send back the broken item or maybe you could offer to send a photo instead. Would love to think they would be able to help you as it sounds like it wasn't your fault on a new item.
