Broken Foundation Cap NARS Sheer Glow

I recently purchased the Nars Sheer Glow foundation. About two months ago. Today when I unscrewed the cap the entire head part broke apart and shattered the top... Into the foundation! The interior cap where it meets the glass has completely collapsed .I didn't open it forcefully, just unscrewed. NARS Sheer Glow is not cheap, and I've barely gotten to use the product. This is incredibly disappointing and I no longer have a receipt for my purchase which I barely got to use. So disappointing! Is there any way to get a replacement product?
