Broken Bronzer

The Hourglass shimmer bronzer I recently bought for my sister came, but when I opened it to check upon the condition...it was broken. I practically live away from any Sephora, transit, or post office as it's still a developing area, so I can't just go drive to a Sephora ;( . Will Sephora send me another one if I tell them? Or do I just refund it?
