Bondi Boost thermal brush

Hello, 

I purchased the bindi boost thermal brush from Sephora in November 2024, approximately 3 months after purchase the top portion of the brush “burnt out” and would not light up and give off heat anymore. Hoping you can help me out with an exchange. Thanks kindly
