Black Friday Specials are a scam

anyone else have issues with a Black Friday special on Sephora that was in stock and and confirmed only to get email today saying that they cancelled your or, not even back order, just outright cancel. Called customer service and they won’t honor. They have same product smaller containers, all I wanted was just the same ounces for same price. Don’t care if different sizes and they won’t honor. Bad service

You got that right... not only that I received my rouge 25$ off and you have to use it as a promo code so I can't get the promo I wanted ... I can't believe how Sephora has treated all members... it's unfair and very bad for business other places let you at least use 2 promos... I'm so disappointed...
