Bizarre Rouge Concierge Experirnce

(Also posted on Rouge board) So I add a Beauty Offers promo to an order only to have it removed an hour-ish later, got an “out of stock” email. A lot of the samplesincluded in the promo set I want are travel sizes of items I already use so I’m pretty annoyed. I call Rouge Concierge and am told that the set is only temporarily out of stock. I ask that since this lapse in stock is temporary, if I may have one sent to me once they’re back. Concierge operator says my email address will be enrolled in a restock notification, and that I should get a message once the promo bag is back. At this point, I should call the Rouge line again, explain said situation once more and finally have promo bag sent to me. I was given 250 points for the inconvenience and was satisfied with my service- until tonight. I reached out via Sephora live chat to inquire on the status of the restock, only to be told (check screenshot) that there is no such thing as a restock notification on a promo? I know this is a certain amount of effort for deluxe samples but even if the item Ipurchased in said order was not online only, I still would have placed a $50 minimum online order just to get the sample set (worth $$$ in itself) Can a mod step in here, please?
