Birthday points 250

Hi, my birthday was on December 29. Earlier when I tried to pick my free birthday gift, it was not available and sold out. Though it was showing an option to get 250 points if I don't redeem a birthday gift. I waited to see if new gifts are added, and when I tried to redeem today, I was not able to add any beauty products available as a birthday gift. Interestingly, the option to choose 250 points was also not available.  Can you please add 250 points to my beauty insider account as I am not able to pick any gift at the moment. Thanks
