@misael17 Happy birthday! You can redeem your birthday gift online or in store anytime during your birthday month. To claim your gift in store, simply provide your Beauty Insider account information at the cash wrap and a Beauty Advisor will be happy to help you. 

To redeem your gift online, you must make a merchandise purchase of at least $25 and add the gift to your basket during the checkout process. Just make sure you are logged into your account before viewing your basket. Then, click "Redeem Your Rewards" found above the merchandise list to add the gift of your choice.

If you run into any trouble redeeming your gift, please contact us at 1-877-SEPHORA prior to completing your order so we can add the gift and complete your order.

@misael17 @Easiest way is to go to your local Sephora and give them your account to redeem the bday gift
