I’ve been having the same issue after visiting 2 different Sephora locations. One at the beginning of the month and one as recent as yesterday.  At least at the second location they told me that they had not received any birthday rewards that there had been an issue with the supplier and that’s why they were offering the 250 bonus points.

This has me somewhat disappointed since with past birthday gifts I’ve found that I like/enjoy certain products and have gone on to buy the full size of the same or something else of the same brand offered as the birthday gift.
