I’m not able to redeem my free birthday gift. Can you help?

You should have the option to add your birthday gift to your merchandise order anytime during your birthday month!  To redeem your gift online, you must make a merchandise purchase and add the gift to your basket during the checkout process. Just make sure you are logged into your account before viewing your basket. Then, click "Redeem Your Rewards" found above the merchandise list to add the gift of your choice.  If you're still having trouble, please contact us at 1-877-SEPHORA prior to completing your order so we can add the gift and complete your order.
