Birthday gift

Hi everyone, 

 

I am trying to redeem my birthday gift. It says I have 11 days left to redeem, however, when I click to redeem it won't load or show me options (my bday is Dec 30) - is it because it's the new year now? It says I still have the 11 days but won't let me see anything when I click to redeem.

@IFWWW It's probably because they are on 2025 gifts already.  I would call customer service and see what they can do.
