Why can’t I add my birthday gift to my cart??

@CandiceJN I see that your 2024 birthday gift has already been redeemed! It looks like it was redeemed in one of your online orders placed at the end of September. Please note, only one gift can be redeemed per calendar year.

@tangerine77, my apologies! If you're in the US, please try switching to the Sephora Canada side once more, then back to the US side.

 

If you're using the app, click your name/photo icon, then scroll down to App Settings. You can switch between the regions there.

 

If you're using the browser, please scroll to the bottom of the web page where you can switch between the regions. 

 

If this doesn't work, please contact our live chat at https://www.sephora.com/beauty/contact-us or call 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672). If the chat is unavailable, please keep the page open until the next agent becomes available. A Beauty Advisor will be happy to add the gift for you. Thank you!

I can’t add my birthday gift to my cart either and I haven’t redeemed it yet.

Hi @tangerine77,

 

It looks like an out of stock birthday gift might have been stuck in your basket, preventing a different gift from being added. We troubleshooted this on our end, and you should be able to add rewards now. Can you please try signing out and signing back in, then check if you can add the gift?

 

If you happen to run into this issue again in the future, you can switch to the Sephora Canada side, then back to the Sephora US side. This should automatically remove any out of stock items from your basket. I'm sorry for the inconvenience! I'll share this feedback with our site teams.

I’m having trouble adding my birthday gift too. I made sure I had more than enough in my cart. My birthday is in November and I haven’t redeemed it yet. it’s just greyed out like this and not letting me add to cart. Please help. @DaneeBT 🤍
