Birthday gift was just 250 points

Hi,

I visited a Sephora store and the rep said they did not have any birthday gifts and instead gave me 250 points. Is that usually the norm ?

Did I miss out by not having an option to select my birthday gift ?

Hi @NJ54, it sounds like the other gift options were unavailable, and the 250-point gift option was provided. This is within our normal processes, and I apologize for any concern this caused!

Yup I got 250 points today also polo location all out of birthday thingys.
