Birthday gift reward

So my bday was in May but unfortunately I was going thru financial hardships so I haven't been able to make any purchases to claim my reward till now. So currently I have the bday reward in my cart but it is not allowing me to check out. The system is saying unable to process, try again in mybday month. please help.
