Birthday gift perfume half empty!

Hi,

 

not sure what’s up with Canadas shipping now, but it’s getting really bad! My next bday gift by NEXT came dripping in the perfume! 
It’s half empty, and all over the bottle (you can see it on my finger too) and the gift box? 😕
