Birthday Gift

I am a December baby and now that it’s finally my month to redeem my birthday gift, it won’t let me ! The “add to cart” button is greyed out and won’t allow me to add it to my basket 😕 I understand I can go in store to select a gift but I am a first time Rouge member and was excited to get the Rouge exclusive gift which happens to be online only. I no longer see the option to chat with someone who works at Sephora online in the app so I was hoping someone in the community may be able to help me out !!

This is what I am met with when I try to click on the little envelope icon. I went through almost everywhere I could on the web browser and nowhere did I see a gear icon for settings 😔

Happy birthday month!! 🎁 🥳 That online chat isn't available 24/7 @emmarama I'd recommend checking back later. Quick question, was your cart empty when you tried to add your birthday set? Those require a minimum spend. I would make sure you had your purchases in your cart before trying to add. If they are still greyed out it might mean they are sold out butt is still check with customer service just in case 🤞🤞
