Has anyone noticed that the Dior birthday gift here in Los Angeles is never available?  We’ve have tried several Sephora’s in our area, several times a month, with no luck.  Sometimes, I just ask if they have it even when it’s not my birthday month just to see what I’m told.  It’s always the same, no we’re out.  Yesterday I went in trying to get the Dior gift with no luck.  According to the lady at the counter, they have people who call in to see if they have it in stock.  Then they line up to get it?  Really, that many people call in daily and line up at each store in Los Angeles?  Or, does each Sephora only get 3 sets per store?  I’m just a little frustrated.

Hi @Birthday2 I'm so sorry to hear your local Sephora stores haven't had the Dior birthday gift available! I recommend checking back with the stores before your birthday month ends! Alternatively, we have an incredible birthday gift lineup this year including Ilia, Glow Recipe and OUAI.

Unfortunately it’s pointless to check back as again, we have been asking about the Dior gift set for several months in several stores.  I even asked last month, in a store in the central costal area.  However, thanks for your suggestion.  

Also, the cashier I spoke to yesterday stated that I didn’t have to obtain my birthday gift on my birthday month.  She said I could get it any month as long as I didn’t get it during my birthday year.  So she also suggested I come back and see if I can get the Dior set sometime throughout the year.  😕
