Birthday Gift

I selected an item for my birthday gift at checkout, but then I changed my mind and wanted to select another option for the birthday gift but when I removed the item off my checkout list, the birthday gift options disappeared and wasn't there when I was at checkout. It's only been 2 weeks passed my birthday date, but I didn't get my birthday gift ordered yet.
