Birthday Gift Sold Out

My birthday is at the end of December and I understand that there are shortages since the birthday gifts are changing in the new year, but I have been to 6 different Sephora’s in 3 cities this month and all of them have been sold out of all Birthday Gifts. I was really excited to try the Tatcha one as I’ve been an admirer of their products and their heritage for a while, but haven’t purchased anything yet. Very disappointed that they are all sold out. Plus the 250 points offer seems cheap in comparison. The birthday offers themselves appear to be worth more. The Amika one is currently available, but my hair is rather sensitive so I’m nervous to try new products. Wish Sephora would have a better alternative for their own supply chain issues.

I also have a December birthday and it's not just you because every single store and online is out and Sephora just simply doesn't offer anything else for us. I wanted to try the Tatcha gift too and was looking forward to it and now there isn't even a single gift left to try. It's a shame that Sephora and their customer service doesn't do anything to aid us and seem like they just don't care.
