Birthday Gift Problem

I tried to get my birthday gift but it says, "Merchandise, excluding gift cards and eGift certificates, must be included in your order to qualify for your Birthday gift." When I go to check out.

Hi @Mynameishallie, when redeeming the gift online, you must make a purchase of something in order for it be successfully added to your basket.  If you are having trouble adding it, please give us a call at 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672).

@sarvmadi You would need to have merchandise in your basket to redeem your gift online.
