Big birthday disappointment.

9Went to place an order with a giftcard I got for my birthday only to find out it's invalid because it was purchased inside ajcpenney.Okay,whatever move on. I now have to adjust my order because itis now too expensive. After I checkout,I see that while my birthday gift and 100 point reward item are there,the 3 samples I chose are now gone.Normally I would just shrug this off,but my samples got left out last time too,and I really liked the samples I had picked out and was excited to try them.So,I call customer service and the rep was very helpful,and said she could cancel the order for me so I could replace it. I saw the money go right back into my account,which was great,but what I did not get back were my birthday bite lip kit,my reward item,or my points.Now,I'm so frustrated,I'm seriously reconsidering the entire purchase,because the entire point was to use my giftcard and get my birthday gift,and I can't do either.Any suggestions on how to fix this?
