Beyond disappointing

My points are gone after years of accumulating. Mine have completely disappeared. And not with only the $25 minimum, like I had thousands of points (and have shopped online and in store in the past year) and now all of them are gone. Extremely disappointing.

Omgosh my points are GONE too!! I never got a notification or anything. I had 1300 points that I’ve been saving!! So sad

@bleighb3  Points don’t expire as long as you have made a purchase or redeemed a reward or free birthday gift within the last year.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. Please send me a private message with your registered email address or you can contact Sephora privately through Facebook, X or Instagram.

My points are all gone too. I’m so sad because I’ve saved up many many years for them. Is there a way to get them back??

@CookieGirl1 Because when I have checked multiple times, the points are now at zero. And I’ve read other comments that there’s a minimum and/or you have to purchase within the year to keep your points (meaning they aren’t expired) which I have both over $25 worth of items in my cart and have made purchases in the last few months- so when it is showing zero when I had 3-4K, that is telling me they’ve disappeared.

@bleighb3 first of all, how do you know that your points have disappeared?  Sometimes there's a discrepancy between what you see on the app vs the website; it's a pretty common glitch.  Also, have you contacted Customer Service?
