Beyond Upset - Rewards Bazaar

I just need to share how deeply disappointed I am right now. I was on right at 12pm ET (9am PT) yesterday, when Rewards are supposed to launch, to try and get the Benefit Cosmetics โ€˜A Wanderful Worldโ€™ 750 point reward. As soon as the Benefit rewards appeared they were all Sold Out. I refreshed for over an hour and they never became available, all the while I was being told by others that they were available and they could add them to their cart. I called Customer Support, twice, to try and get some answers or assistance. It was mostly unhelpful, and I was basically told that Canada didnโ€™t have any stock. Cut to now, I open my app and the Benefit rewards are available, but only the one I wanted is Sold Out. I have no idea when they actually released, but I am just beyond disappointed.

@StaceysStory -With you 100%! Iโ€™m so over it and have posted my thoughts in several places. We always experience the same thing and this past week gathered a bunch of my friends and our college daughters to test Sephora and the rewards NEVER refreshed to being available for a second! I donโ€™t believe they actually refresh the โ€œbetterโ€ items if you want to call them that. Most of the time, itโ€™s the same crap over and over and they never โ€œsell outโ€. I feel your frustration and itโ€™s the reason weโ€™re leaving Sephora. I will no longer spend over a thousand per year to be Rouge when weโ€™re given crap reward options and rewards that NEVER refresh! I truly am starting to believe that itโ€™s Sephora employees posting that they were able to grab a โ€œgoodโ€ reward. ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜ก

I agree with you. Sephoraโ€™s rewards SUCK. The best ones that Iโ€™m sure most want are gone in seconds. Like today, the Gwen Stefani reward? NOT ADVERTISED and every single set is gone. They had 10!!! TEN of the Gwen Stefani Trward hoodie set.  I was so disappointed and never got any emails about them.
After I pay off my Sephora CC, Iโ€™m done with them. All these so-called perks they advertise with their credit card I havenโ€™t gotten except 2 or 3 $5 or $10 โ€œrewards.โ€

Same hereโ€ฆ I reached the VIB rouge this year, have a lot of points, however, not able to grab any 1500 rewardsโ€ฆalways sold outโ€ฆI think this will be my only and last year VIB rougeโ€ฆ

@Natsyl -Iโ€™ve been Rouge since itโ€™s been a thing with more points than I know what to do with because only piddly, crap rewards are ever available! We will not spend the money at Sephora this year and will be done with them (this is 5 of my friends and our college daughters). Enough is enough!

I'm so sorry for any disappointment with the Rewards Bazaar and thank you for sharing this feedback about your experience. The higher point rewards tend to be more limited in quantity and can sell out quickly. I understand the frustration and I'll forward this feedback to our reward teams for continued improvements.

I understand there are limited quantities for rewards. My main concern is that they were not properly launched at the clearly stated specific time.
