Benefit Brow Bar Birthday Gift?

Does anyone know if there is still a free brow wax for a birthday gift? I've seen conflicting things in these post forums and my birthday is less than a week out so I haven't received any emails regarding it. I'm in Canada if it matters. Thanks!
