I received a certificate for a 45-minute makeover with a $50 purchase. I have a receipt from a $54 purchase on 9/2. How do I go about scheduling the makeover?

Hi @Anonymous, I apologize for any confusion! The makeover services must be booked at the time of purchase as we are unable to retroactively apply the services credit from a past purchase. I recommend reaching out to your local Sephora for further assistance booking a makeover. Thanks!

Thanks for the response! I tried to book it while there but they couldn't. Maybe because it was inside a JC Penney store? Does this have to be done at an independent location? I promise this will be my last question 🙂

Hi Swellfuture, If you want to book the reservation at a SIJCP, you will need to call the store directly.
