Beauty reward on cancelled order

I tried using my $25 beauty reward on an online purchase this weekend and after looking at my account it says that order was cancelled due to unsuccessful authorization. I am not sure why this order was cancelled in the first place because the item is still in stock. I have no way of getting to a store to use my coupon so online ordering is my only option right now. Now because this order was cancelled does this mean my reward code will no longer work and is there a way to make sure I can place my order online without this hassle.
