Does the beauty insider scan code on the app pay for the products you want in store? Can you pay with cash in store? What do you do?

Hi @juliabrodyy,

 

You cannot pay for a purchase with your Beauty Insider Card. The card simply gives points to redeem rewards. If you have the Sephora App, ask the cashier to scan your digital card to get points for your purchase. However, the card does not pay for items. Please send me a private message if you need further assistance.
