Beauty insider reward tote

Black/white dot 250 pt tote I went to Sephora not to long ago and was offered a tote bag to redeem for some points. I took it on my trip to New York and unfortunately had a lotion pop open and dirty the bag. I tried hand washing it lightly and the black dots smeared off into the white bag until I cleaned just the white. now the black dots are washed out and white. Would it be possible for me to get a new bag? I was really excited about it and now it doesn't look to cute.
