Beauty insider points gone!!

I opened my Sephora app and the first thing I saw was " You are a Beauty Insider with 0 points" Do points expire? Because I had over 500 points. I decided to go to my nearest Sephora location and bought the Sol De Janeiro 59 and the Glow Recipe sunscreen stick to see if it was a glitch and if they would be there if I bought something. They were not there when I went on the app after I got home. I am a little frustrated😠 I hope I'm not the only one who has experienced this😅

Points only expire if your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months or longer. Can you please try signing out and signing back in?
