How can I use the promo code, I type the code is the box and it tells me I’m suppose to order from my beauty insider account, I am and it still says the same thing! Help?!?

Hi @Anonymous,

A lot of the times, I recommend just logging out and logging back into to your account as a way of refreshing the system. A lot of the times your name and photo will appear at the top of your account and you will believe that you are signed into that account you are in fact not! I hope this helps!
