Beauty Studio text reminders are utterly useless

At 2pm today, August 4th, I got the text reminder I requested for a Beauty Studio appointment at 6pm on August 3rd.

 

Furthermore, I had actually cancelled the appointment yesterday morning when I learned I couldn't make it.

 

What's the point of text reminders if they're this useless???
