Beauty Remedy Edition Box

I was sent Edition II when I ordered Edition I. I emailed customer support and received an automated reply. I replied to that, because the automated response didn't address my concern, and have not received a response back. I sent the second email almost 24 hours ago. I'm a little frustrated because I really wanted the SKII and Tatcha products, not the facial essence that I received.

i sent a private message to customer support and got an immediate response. this seems to be a reoccurring problem of the wrong box sent.
