Did anyone else spend over 35 dollars to get the Sol de Janeiro ElastiCreme Beauty Offer then receive only one packet when 7 are shown? I called customer service and was told that the offer was only for one. 7 packets were shown when the offer posted as well as on my orders page. They had no explanation for that.

I am disgusted as I wouldn’t have signed up for it if I thought it was only one packet (like the free samples).

Holy wow, the exact same thing happened to me. I called customer service as well and the guy was very nice, but he said that because the event was over he couldn’t verify the amount of samples that was promised (even though both the code I used and just like you stated, the picture had 7 samples pictured with a description that stated it was enough for a week long trial (one packet a day). 

I feel the same way. I only purchased when I did to take advantage of the deal. Plus, I shop at Sephora weekly so I was very disappointed.

and to top it off they had exactly the same offer available a couple of days later!
