Beauty Insider points not showing up

I purchased a clean product Innisfree pore cleaning mask recently and completed my beauty Insider challenge but didn't receive any points for the same. I checked other customers had the same query and it was told that it will take upto 24hours but for me it is more than 48hours now still no update. How do I get my points? Can you please check and add the points.
