Beauty Insider points not available?

I’m holding on placing my order because for several days now it says my beauty insider points aren’t available and to try later. I don’t even know for sure if I want to spend any, but I always like to look and see what’s available when I place orders. Can someone help with this, or please let me know when to expect them to be available again? Thanks!

They told me to use the website instead of the app, and it worked. Subsequently, I placed another order in the app, and the points worked again.
