Beauty Insider not working.

I am so frustrated. I am a VIB and it’s asking me to sign up for beauty insider and when I even try to that it gives me an error message. I want to use a code for the Kiehls offer they have but it’s not letting me since it doesn’t recognize my VIB status. This is so so frustrating and it makes me not want to order through Sephora.
