Beauty Insider Points not Applying

Last week I made two Sephora purchases on two separate days, one in-store and the other online. For my purchase in-store I had the cashier scan my beauty insider code on my phone and I received a receipt that told me how many points I earned from that purchase. However, for my online purchase I cannot find anywhere how many points I earned from that purchase. I did redeem some Insider Beauty points for my online purchase. My insider points appear to only be reflecting my purchase made in-store, both were around 63 points but I only have 64 points.
