Beauty Insider Points Has Not Updated In Months

Hello.

 

I am not getting my Beauty Insider points. This has been an issue since I noticed in March 2025. The last order that counted was on August 31st 2024 through the Kohl’s app. Several of my orders have shown up on my Sephora account but the points are not updating.

 

I talked to a Customer Service representative via the chat feature on the Sephora app and they were unable to help. I disconnected my Sephora account from my Kohl’s account. Then, relinked  them as I was instructed. Waited a few days and weeks nothing changed. Not sure what is the issue. Not sure if the issue is on Sephora or Kohl’s side.

 

Any suggests or advice?
