Beauty Insider Online Account But No Card

Hi when I went to Sephora a couple months ago I signed up for the beauty insider rewards program. At the time they said there was no physical card but when you want to get points just tell them your email. But recently I've noticed everyone with a physical beauty insiders card. I was just wondering I do I get one that can link with my online account? Please get back to me. Thanks

I am very sorry for the confusion. We are no longer providing Rouge cards as we are going digital. Your store may have some cards available but this is not a guarantee. I would reach out and see if they have any available.  If not, your card is digitally stored on the Sephora app and should be linked to your current email address. Thanks!
