Beauty Insider Number / Merging Accounts

Hi - I usually shop online but recently made a purchase at a store.  I gave them my phone number to access my VIB account when I checked out.  I noticed on my receipt after I left that the number of points listed does not match the number of points I usually see in my online account, which made me realize that I have two beauty insider memberships. I emailed to see how to get my accounts merged, but they asked for my BI account number - which I cannot find online and my receipt only shows the last 4 digits of my other account number.

Help please!
