Beauty Insider Discount and Points

I just looked at my receipt from my Sephora Inside JCPenney purchase today and realized that I did not get the 20% off discount that was advertised for beauty insiders today, even though I provided my information to the girl. I also don't see my purchase reflected in my points. I spent over $100 today...this is very frustrating. Please help!

@MrsKaz75 Maybe if you call that store directly and see if they can do anything for you tomorrow. I know their managers can authorize discounts. If they don’t do anything, call Sephora directly tomorrow. Also, always check your receipts and your points after buying in the stores. I’ve noticed that some of my Play Pass points weren’t correctly recorded and I had redeemed in a JCP Sephora.
