Beauty Insider Challenges

I recently made an order (on November 5th) & with that order completed all of the tasks in the “Passport to Beauty” beauty insider challenge. I completed the skin routine quiz, bought a makeup product, bought a skincare product, & bought a hair product (each being 100 points awarded to your account, plus an additional 100 points when you complete all four tasks). 3 of the 4 tasks registered properly, but for some reason the “buy a makeup product” did not register – so it did not give me the 100 points for completing it & therefore also didn’t give me the extra 100 points for completing all four tasks (which I did do, all in the same order). I am a little frustrated about this & am hoping something can be done to resolve the issue. I would like the 200 points that should have been awarded to my account. Thanks in advance for any help.

I've had the same experience but with a different challenge-/getting to skin test in store. I've finished all the other challenges and gone twice to get the skin test and neither time has it shown up as completed!!! @Anonymous
