Beauty Insider Card not connected to account?

I received a beauty insider card in the mail and I tried to redeem it by going to the website "m.sephora.com" like it says on the back and it just took me to the main sephora page. I thought I had created an account but none of the emails I checked work so I created a new one. Is there a way to link this card to my current account? Thank you!

I have had this issue for over a year after I had a new card issued due to expiration which then ended up getting lost in the mail, needing to be reissued. Unfortunately Sephora customer service refers me to Comenity and Comenity refers me back to Sephora CS. I have had tickets escalated via both to no avail, so I’ve just given up on my accounts being synced again. 😞
