I purchased at Sephora store yesterday, the beauty insider points didn’t update to my account. Anyone have the same experience?

Hi, yes, I now have two different sets of points: those they tell me I have at the store when they check my card and those I have online because I ordered something from the site. No answer so far and no one knows how to help!
