Beauty Insider Account/Card Points

I'm not sure if the cashier entered my email wrong. But here's my problem. I lost my BI card AND my account that I recently signed into or created says I have 0 points. The only thing I have that proves anything is my receipt that has the last four digits of my BI card and it says I have 278 points. Is there anyway to get those into an account so I can use them??

Hi, just ask the cashier to find your account by looking with your full name and birthday so every account you have comes up on their screen. Then ask what emails are given for your accounts so you can know if he or she entered your email wrong 🙂
